My journey began on a sheep farm in the picturesque mountains in the West of Ireland, surrounded by nature's beauty. From there, life took me across the globe, from the US , Poland and to the Netherlands where I live now with my family. Each transition brought its own set of challenges and opportunities for growth and inner connection, leading me to a deeper understanding of life's true meaning.

Throughout my travels and trials, including profound personal losses and health challenges, I discovered the power of holistic healing and spiritual wisdom. This path not only transformed and continues to transofrm my life but also became the foundation of my therapeutic practice.

In my practice, I provide personalized support to help you reconnect with your inner self so you can feel rooted and grounded in yourself. and navigate your unique journey with clarity and joy.
