Originally from Ireland, I’ve spent the last 25 years in the Netherlands.

My journey has brought me face-to-face with many health struggles, inner conflicts, periods of being disconnected. These experiences led me to explore deep healing practices, holistic methods, and spiritual wisdom, all of which I now use to help guide others.

My mission is to restore the connection with your heart and soul amidst your current life transition, so you can feel at home in the life you are meant to live. I will help you reconnect to their true source of energy and inspiration and purpose.
