The Crossroads Journey

 Originally from Ireland. I've lived and practised across the UK, US, and Netherlands for over 25 years. My own journey has moved through serious illness, multiple professional transitions, and a deep process of learning to hear what my body was trying to tell me.

I specialise at the intersection where physical symptoms meet life transition — helping people understand that what the body produces during difficult periods is not random malfunction, but intelligent guidance pointing toward the life that is waiting to be lived.

My approach works with three layers that most practitioners address separately: the physical treatment as foundation, the meaning in the symptoms, and the direction they are pointing toward. Together, they create something different.
